Impulsion
I spent a good two solid days in Beruwala in July 2018, with a few special people, learning about the Truth, the Way and the Life. By the end of those two days, my life was completely altered as my mind was "blown" by the secrets of God. The lessons that were presented at the very end of the sessions literally drove me to fresh tears of gratitude and affection for my Beloved. As soon as I heard this one major Truth, and tears fell like tiny waterfalls all over me, a song crossed my mind. It is natural by now to me how He speaks through lyrics and melodies to me, so I shut my eyes and ran the words in my mind. It confirmed to me everything I was learning during those minutes of utter grateful shock. The following is the translation of this song, written in Hindi/Urdu originally:
"You'll have to forget about infatuation
Once you've cast your heart wholly into My hand, and experienced Love.
The world of your dreams is woven right here
Just walk into my arms and see for yourself.
You see me, yet avoid my gaze
My treasure, this callousness isn't right.
Look closely and see for yourself
if I'm not the very Prayer of your day and your night
I'm the colorant that latches to your garment and never washes away.
You will fall in love with being in love; just spend a few evenings with me and see for yourself..
You'll have to forget all about infatuation
Walk on to the path of true love, and see for yourself
I live solely for you
For you alone I will sacrifice my life repeatedly
I will speak of my heart,
and will listen to yours devotedly
This is real love, and not infatuation.
Forget about infatuation now, Lover-girl
Walk in this path of Love, and you'll see. "
